    Cancellation Policy 
    If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with 48 hours notice. Due to a high demand for appointments, missed appointments prevent us from scheduling appropriately and keep others in need of care from being seen.

    Financial Policy
    ​We do  accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). However, we do not accept or participate in any Health Insurance Plans or HMO Panels.​
